Website requests are transmitted to the shared Pioneer business platform and stored as company-scoped contact or customer records. Access is limited through authenticated administrative tools and business-unit permissions.

Sharing

Pioneer Outdoor Services does not sell website service-request information. Information may be shared within Pioneer Legacy Works systems and with service providers that support hosting, communications, security, or business operations when reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Retention

Request and customer information may be retained for operational, accounting, customer-service, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Information may be removed or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to business and legal recordkeeping requirements.

Security

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect website submissions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
