These terms govern use of the Pioneer Outdoor Services website, customer portal, service-request tools, and transactional messaging features. Separate service estimates, work authorizations, invoices, or written agreements may contain additional terms that apply to specific work.

Service requests and scheduling

Submitting a service request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a particular arrival time, or a final price unless Pioneer Outdoor Services confirms those details. Weather, route conditions, equipment issues, safety conditions, and other operational factors may require schedule changes.

Customer information

You agree to provide reasonably accurate contact, property, and scheduling information and to keep customer portal information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials.

Transactional SMS program

If you expressly opt in, Pioneer Outdoor Services may send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include service confirmations, schedule changes, arrival or completion updates, and weather- or service-related notices. Message frequency varies with your service activity and weather conditions.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation of that opt-out. To resume eligible text messages, use the customer portal or an applicable opt-in method made available by Pioneer Outdoor Services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device, and network availability.

Privacy

Our handling of customer information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records, is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or customer portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent requests, or use Pioneer systems in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability and changes

Pioneer Outdoor Services may modify, suspend, or discontinue website or portal features as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or business operations. These terms may be updated as services and systems change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
